You/Your/Traveller means the person using services provided by Nature Quest Tours and Travel as per the booking form.
“The company”, We / Our means Nature Quest Tours and Travel
- A deposit of 30% is required as confirmation so as to secure your booking. Balance to be paid 40 days before the safari starts. Any additional costs that are not included in the safari are to be catered for by the traveller.
- Our cancellation policy is as follows:-60 days to safari less 10% of the total cost. Between 60 -35 days less 35%. 29 – 16 days less 50%.15- 0 days less 100%
- Payment is to be made via wire transfer or online payment to our company account.
- All expenses as per the itinerary are included in the final cost.
- We are a tour operator and do not own accommodation facilities- hotel/lodges/resorts/camps. We will arrange accommodation bookings and flight tickets as your agent. You will be subject to any additional terms and conditions of suppliers.
- Travellers must ensure they have all necessary travel documents including up to date Visas and a travel insurance.
- Own medical insurance cover as it is not provided by the company in-case of a medical issue.
- Baggage and personal effects are at travellers risk throughout the safari. We won’t accept responsibility if lost.
- In-case of disability or illness of the traveller, you must inform the company at the time of booking your trip.
- The company will take necessary precautions to ensure that your safety and enjoyment of our services that you have purchased from us. We whatsoever won’t accept any responsibility of any form of injury, accident terrorism or death during the safari.
