Overview

Imagine leaving the hustle and bustle of Nairobi in Kenya to board a little aircraft and landing 45 minutes later on a gravel airstrip in Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve. As the plane touches down, you might observe giraffes racing along the runway, or you might hear an elephant trumpeting in reaction to the plane’s roar. Your guide will smile and bring you a refreshing drink before the short journey to camp. You’ll most likely take a short detour to observe some animals before checking in. A fly-in safari to the Masai Mara takes you right into the open savannah, home to a dizzying array of wildlife. Lions, cheetahs, elephants, hippopotamuses, and buffalo. You will undoubtedly see all of those.
