Tour Plan

Day 1 Nairobi –Samburu National Reserve

Our driver guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00am with a brief introduction you will depart for Samburu. Along the way you will cross the equator at Nanyuki, see hills valleys and acacia trees. Arrive in time for lunch. You will check into your hotel room, refresh have lunch and set out for an afternoon game drive. The reserve is an arid savannah that is watered by the Ewaso Nyiro River which has crocodiles that can be seen basking on the rocks. Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 Full Day Samburu National Reserve

You will enjoy your sumptuous breakfast; with your packed lunch embark on a full day game drive. With the day set aside you will have ample time in search of wildlife in the reserve. You can locate the two visible mountains, the Ololokwe and Koitogor.

Day 3 Samburu National Reserve-Olpejeta Conservancy

After breakfast you will head for Olpejeta Conservancy which is located at the foothills of Mt. Kenya and Aberdares. Arrival will be in time for lunch where you will have an afternoon game drive at the conservancy after lunch in search of wildlife such as buffalos, elephants, rhinos, lions and leopards. Dinner and overnight stay at Serena Sweetwaters

Day 4 Full Day Olpejeta Conservancy

Visit the chimpanzee sanctuary where you will see great apes and chimpanzees. . The conservancy is said to have the highest ratio of game with the greatest game viewing experience. It is also known as the home to the largest rhinos.

Day5 Olpejeta Conservancy-Lake Nakuru National Park

You will depart for Lake Nakuru National Park right after breakfast. It is located at the floor of the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy a game drive enroute to your lodge/camp. Arrive for Lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive. The park is known as a beautiful wildlife haven and has a diverse ecological habitat. Dinner and overnight will be arranged for you.

Day 6 Lake Nakuru National Park-Masai Mara National Reserve

You will wake up to a hefty breakfast early in the morning ready for your day’s activity. After breakfast you will proceed South West to the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. The reserve is primarily made of extensive grasslands riverine and acacia trees. You will arrive at your lodge/camp in time for lunch. You will have time to relax thereafter enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve.

Day 7 & 8 Full Day Masai Mara National Reserve

You will be woken up early in the morning to embark on an early morning game drive. Return to the lodge / camp for breakfast thereafter depart for a full day game drive with your packed lunch with an opportunity to see the big 5 animals and what the reserve has in store for you. The reserve has plenty of vegetation which supports millions of animals. You can have an optional hot air balloon safari m early in the morning or a visit to the masai villages in the afternoon at an extra fee.

Day 9 Masai Mara National Reserve – Nairobi

You will set out for an early morning game drive, return to the lodge for a delicious breakfast before loading your luggage into the van ready to return to Nairobi.
